Job Description
You will guide customers in fully understanding and leveraging our product's capabilities. Leading the onboarding process, you’ll ensure they unlock the full value of every feature. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving adoption and maximizing usage of new features as they are introduced. This role involves extensive customer interaction and close collaboration with our Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless experience from day one.
