NVM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Complete understanding of NVM tests, code execution and test characterization data.
• Provide NVM support to product groups which will cover yield improvement, test time reduction, NVM failure investigation, low yield lot disposition, fab excursion and fab transfer.
• Fan out NVM knowledge to product groups before moving on to newer NVM technology node or next generation NVM technology (NPI).
• For NPI, evaluate or validate test infrastructure of next generation NVM technology to ensure infrastructure readiness per schedule.
• Generate and deliver on schedule all the NVM patterns for a new NPI product with embedded NVM. Resolve all NVM test related issues from first silicon until production intent silicon.

Specific Knowledge or Skills

• Master/Bachelor in Applied Physics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
