Job Description
SUMMARY:
Nursing Services Manager POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)
- Ensure that you provide safe, cost effective quality patient care in line with the clinical governance strategy of hospital and evidence based practice
- Evaluate nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomes
- Promote health and wellbeing of patients and employees
- Ensure the principles of infection prevention and all international standard precautions are adhered to
- Implement group quality initiatives
- Promote customer satisfaction within the hospital (CRM), address customer complaints, conduct quality care rounds and clinical practice audits to monitor care levels and report accordingly
- Ensure 100 % reporting of all incidents and alerts
- Investigate and Report all incidents as per Hospital policy
