This role empowers nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by fostering lifelong learning and supporting clinical competency across Critical Care service lines, primarily the Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU), Intermediate Care Uni (IMC), and Trauma patient populations.
