Nursery Laborer – Cornelius, OR
Location: Cornelius, OR (Roy Farm Nursery)
Pay: $17–$19/hr DOE
Join our nursery team and help grow, care for, and prepare high-quality plant material for landscaping projects.. This is a hands-on, outdoor role with opportunities to learn and grow in the green industry.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with planting, watering, and maintaining nursery plants
- Load, unload, and move plant material onto trucks
- Perform weeding, mulching, fertilizing, and general plant care
- Support pruning, deadheading, and seasonal plant maintenance
- Maintain clean, organized work areas including greenhouses and yard space
- Assist with monitoring irrigation, plant health, pests, and diseases
