About our Clients
Our clients are a family run group of Day Nurseries, and their beautiful 100 plus place Nursery in Fleet, Hampshire are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the team, supporting the manager in the day to day running of the Nursery. Supporting the team and developing and mentoring the team in striving for outstanding and excellence Early Years care. Working Monday to Friday salary is c£34k depending on experience, with fantastic benefits too.
Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding prac...
