Patient Volume

·Average 25–30 patients per day

·Broad urgent care scope including acute illness and minor injury management

Care Team & Support

·Collaborative clinic environment with:

o5 Primary Care Physicians

o1 Endocrinology Physician

·Dedicated support staff including:

o1 LVN and 1 CMA (1:1 support ratio)

o3 Patient Services Specialists (PSS)

·Lab services available Monday–Friday

Schedule

·Clinic hours:

oMonday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

oSaturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
