Nurse Practitioner
Compensation: $131,000 – $170,000 annually (based on experience) Relocation assistance available Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).
Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)
We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide comprehensive primary care services within a community health center setting. This role offers the opportunity to serve diverse and underserved populations while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
