Adhere and implement nursing care in alignment with the Nursing Services' Vision, Mission Statements, Goals, and Objectives. Organize and accomplish student nurses' clinical learning experiences, selecting clinical areas for optimal achievement of clinical objectives, coordinating with Unit Managers and Heads of Services, and maintaining detailed records of student progress and achievements. Evaluate the student nurses' performance during their clinical attachment period, monitor patient-focused care, assign projects, assess clinical performance, schedule sessions, provide counseling, and liaise with KPJ International University College (KPJIUC) nurse lecturers to ensure their progress, performance, and welfare. Participate in Nurse Instructors meetings at KPJ International University College (KPJIC) to address issues during students' clinical attachments, focusing on student-centered and quality training programs.
