Become a critical asset at McKesson as a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager on a 12-month contract based in Montreal. Help patients start and maintain specialty therapies through comprehensive case management and education.
In this hybrid position, you will act as the primary resource for patients and prescribers, ensuring smooth transitions into treatment. You’ll provide necessary training on injections and offer education regarding medications and side effects, all while supporting adherence to therapy. Bilingual fluency in French and English is required along with relevant nursing credentials.
