Nuclear I&C Electrical Hardware Engineer in Burlington

Paragon is seeking a Nuclear I&C Electrical Hardware Engineer to support the development of nuclear power plant control, monitoring, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Defining electrical hardware requirements for new hardware components, assemblies, and systems
• Preparing/reviewing design documentation such as hardware drawings, wiring diagrams, failure modes and effects analysis, reliability calculations, hardware design specifications, power and heat calculations, test specifications, procedures, reports, commercial-grade dedication plans, etc.
• Collaborating with programmable logic engineers to ensure compatibility and integration with the hardware components
• Testing hardware prototypes and analyzing and documenting the results
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing errors and suggesting design modifications
