Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Automate platform tasks (backups, purges, builds, startup/shutdown scripts).
- Set up and maintain **Disaster Recovery (DR) environments** across regions.
- Provide **24x7 platform support**, perform Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and execute approved post-incident actions (PBE).
- Develop APIs and manage **Cloud Application Integration**, including API Gateway configurations.
- Integrate **on-premises and SaaS platforms**, such as **SAP, Salesforce, Workday**.
- Utilize **Cloud Data Integration (CDI)**, **Cloud Integration Hub**, and API management tools in Informatica IICS.
- Perform **data modeling**; familiarity with tools like **Erwin or ER/Studio** is preferred.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **translate business requirements into technical solutions**.
- Implement DevOps/SRE practices such as **CI/CD pipelines**, **monitoring**, and **incident response**.
