Job Description
The NPI Quality Manager serves as the primary interface between engineering and manufacturing, leading a team of quality engineers to ensure new products seamlessly transition from development to flawless mass production. Grounded in a data-driven approach, this role oversees crucial milestones including product quality planning, process qualification, and safe launch control plans. Ultimately, the manager drives rapid resolution on all build issues while aligning factory performance with global NPI quality KPIs and customer standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 10 years of Quality Engineering experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of Quality management experience.
- Experienced with working in a fast-paced, high mix low volume manufacturing environment.
