NPI Prototype Supervisor

The New Product Integration (NPI) Prototype Supervisor must ensure the fluidity of operations in his department. He is also responsible for the employees in his department and their training.

Role And Responsibilities

• Act as a Coach for your employees
• Develop technical skills, supervise, guide, and develop employees
• Ensures that proper manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures are followed at all times and that all products consistently meet specifications.
• Mobilize and motivate employees to build a culture based on respect, teamwork and accomplishment.
• Responsible for leading daily meetings with team members.
• Level load and distribute work. Ensure the work is completed and achieves the quantity and quality targets set out in the operational plan.
