Overview
Project & NPI Manager to lead projects including New Product Introduction (NPI) and improvement projects, responsible from planning to qualification run and release to mass production.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product introduction projects and other improvement projects.
- Define business case and project plan agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders.
- Implement and realize project targets according to the project plan.
- Mitigate process risk from early development phase and drive technical solution prior to release.
- Define resources needed and build a performing project team across organizations.
- Serve as communication point between BG, R&D and assembly site to ensure smooth release from development to full production.
