NPI Program Lead — Semiconductor Projects

UTAC in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to manage internal and customer projects in semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves planning, execution, and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Electrical/Electronics or Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Knowledge of bumping processes and project management certification are preferred.
