NPI EOL Senior Process Engineer

YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Perform and Evaluate EOL process for new product and package development, Focus on DTFS, and to support the following EOL processes (Molding and Laser Marking).
• Proliferate newly developed End of Line DTFS, Molding, Laser Marking programs to high volume manufacturing;
• Liaise with materials supplier and equipment vendors to scout for new materials and technologies.
• Prepare reports and documentation for DOE evaluations, assessments, analysis results, qualification and specifications;
• Support the plant wide activities and resolution of issues pertaining to EOL process.
• Lead projects for plant wide initiatives like cost reduction and quality improvements.
