Apply your manufacturing expertise to the introduction of some of the world’s most advanced RF and mmWave technologies. Filtronic is recruiting NPI Engineers (at all levels of experience) to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at NetPark in Sedgefield TS21 3TG. You will lead the transition of advanced RF and microwave products from development and prototype builds into stable, scalable production.
The Role
You will lead the successful introduction of new RF and microwave products into manufacturing, ensuring designs transition from development and prototype phases into stable, repeatable and cost-effective production.
Working with RF design, mechanical, test, quality and manufacturing teams, you will coordinate pilot builds, validate processes and ensure manufacturing readiness.
