About the Role

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an NPI Engineer (New Product Introduction) located in Victoria, BC. The NPI Engineer is responsible for overseeing the introduction of new products from concept through production. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, managing projects, and ensuring that new products meet quality and performance standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting research and development, managing product testing, and ensuring effective project management throughout the product development lifecycle.
