Position Summary
The NPI Coordinator is responsible for supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs by ensuring materials availability, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate project schedules. This role acts as a critical link between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program management to enable successful prototype builds, pilot runs, and product launches. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced in coordinating complex cross‑functional activities in a fast‑paced environment.
Materials Coordination
- Ensure timely availability of materials for prototype, pilot, and pre‑production builds
- Track and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) readiness and changes
- Identify long‑lead items and expedite critical components
- Resolve shortages and supply risks
- Maintain material readiness visibility
