You’ll manage staff workflow in the branch location, including oversight of Office Coordinators and other positions. The Operations Manager will work in office out of the **Cleveland branch office** . This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience.
