North American Payroll Specialist

Our client is a global organization headquartered in Brampton and is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's global payroll function, supporting employees across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager , the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls for employees across Canada, the United States, and LATAM.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of more than 2,000 employees.
• Administer payroll for hourly, salaried, and unionized employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and collective agreements.
