Nordics Performance & Reward Specialist

KONE is seeking a Performance & Reward Specialist for the Nordics to drive salary reviews, bonus plans, and performance management across the region.

You will support in policy development, analytics, and workload across Nordics while collaborating with People & Communications and other internal teams. Strong English skills are essential; Swedish is a plus, and experience with Workday is welcomed.
