Overview

We are looking for a pleasant, reliable, flexible and hardworking qualified operative who takes pride in their work to join our team of friendly maintenance operatives working mostly in Greater Manchester and the North West.

Responsibilities

• Fitting up medical cabinets on a wall
• Repairing plugs in sinks
• Replacing defective door handles
• Replacing defective door stops
• Putting up new shelves in offices or tenants' properties
• Decorating (making good walls and painting)
• Some external works (guttering repairs)

Qualifications

• Qualified as a maintenance operative
• Full driving licence
• Vehicle will be available for work purposes
