Non-Financial Risk Specialist (Madrid)

Job Description

ING is looking for a Non‑Financial Risk Specialist to join our Non‑Financial Risk Team in Spain. The NFR Specialist will report to the Head of NFR and will support ING’s transformation into a Digital Bank.

The NFR team provides oversight of NFR policies and best‑practice implementation. It advises and challenges risk/control owners, monitors and reports on adherence to the NFR risk appetite, and produces the quarterly Non‑Financial Risk Dashboard (NFRD) report.
