The NOC Team Lead , based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will be responsible for guiding and supporting the daily operations of the Network Operations Center, leading a team of Level 1 Engineers.

- Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of NOC engineers and interns
- Supervise incident handling, monitor ticket queues, and ensure SLA adherence and prompt resolution of issues.
