NOC Operations Engineer - 24x7 Cloud Incident Response

OfferUp is looking for an Operations Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team in Bogotá, Colombia. This position plays a critical role in ensuring service availability and performance by monitoring and resolving issues promptly, including providing tier 1 support and collaborating with engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in Incident Management and ITSM tools, paired with excellent communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. You'll work in a dynamic NOC environment, with requirements to cover shifts during nights and weekends.
