NOC Engineer

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will support the Operations and Maintenance of Digital and Messaging Solutions, including fault management and first‑line maintenance (FLM) support for clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves monitoring network performance, ensuring service level targets, and performing proactive system checks.

Duties And Responsibilities

• The candidate will be mainly looking after Ops & Maintenance, fault management of Digital & Messaging Solution
• Will be responsible to extend FLM support to commercial clients and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring and escalation of network elements, faults, network services and live traffic
• Perform proactive network element status and health checks as part of normal surveillance activities
• Work to ensure Service Level goals for alarms, tickets, calls and emails are met
