Responsibilities
+ Provide 24/7 monitoring support for the IoT Network to minimize and prevent identified service impacts whenever possible.
+ Execute the Incident Management Process, monitor strategies, and identify process improvements to ensure network quality.
+ Assess, draft, and deliver timely Root Cause Analysis to internal and external customers.
+ Continuously contribute to improve and achieve customer and global IoT Business Unit success.
