Are you a recent college graduate or an early-career IT professional looking to launch your career in technology? We are seeking a motivated NOC Communications Specialist to join a 24/7 Network Operations Center environment supporting enterprise-level technology services.
Schedule:
+ Wednesday – Sunday
+ 12:00 AM – 7:30 AM
+ 100% On-Site in Harrisburg, PA
What You'll Do:
+ Monitor network alerts and system status.
+ Answer inbound calls and support users experiencing technical issues.
+ Create and manage incident tickets using ticketing systems.
+ Troubleshoot and document issues, escalating as needed.
+ Communicate network outages and service updates.
+ Work closely with engineers, vendors, and IT teams to restore service.
