Job Summary

Perform on-site glass installation, repair, and replacement for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Ensure accurate measurements, proper sealing, and safe handling of glass and framing materials.

Main Duties

• Measure openings, prepare layouts, and verify specifications to determine glass sizes and installation requirements
• Cut, shape, and finish glass panels and mirrors using hand and power tools according to project specifications
• Install glass in windows, doors, storefronts, curtain walls, and interior partitions, including glazing in metal or wood frames
• Apply sealants, glazing compounds, and weatherproofing materials to ensure watertight and secure installations
• Remove and replace damaged glass, repair frames and glazing systems, and perform on-site adjustments for proper fit
