Job Summary Perform a variety of technical trade tasks to support installation, maintenance and repair projects on construction sites. Work collaboratively with skilled tradespeople to meet project schedules while following safety and quality standards. Number of Positions 2 Main Duties Assist with installation, assembly, repair and maintenance of building components, systems and equipment. Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics and written work instructions to complete assigned tasks. Operate and maintain hand and power tools, measuring instruments and portable equipment safely. Inspect work, troubleshoot issues and report defects or required repairs to supervisors. Prepare materials, load and unload supplies, and maintain organized work areas and basic inventory records.
