Job Summary Lead and coordinate machining, metal forming and erection teams to deliver components that meet quality and production targets. Ensure safe, efficient operations through hands-on supervision, machine setup, and process control. Number of Positions 1 Main Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of machining, metal forming and erection crews to meet production schedules and quality standards. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, plan workflows, and set up machines and tooling for production runs. Monitor and adjust machine operations, including CNC and conventional equipment, to maintain dimensional accuracy and productivity. Implement and enforce workplace health and safety procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
