• Operate gaming tables and equipment, deal cards, manage bets, and pay out winnings accurately.
• Monitor the gaming floor to enforce house rules, detect irregularities, and ensure a safe environment.
• Provide courteous customer service, explain game rules, resolve patron questions and handle disputes professionally.
• Process cash transactions, tokens, and vouchers; reconcile tills and maintain accurate transaction records.
