NOC 14405 - Transportation route and crew schedulers

Job Summary Coordinate and optimize routes and crew schedules to support timely and cost-effective transportation operations. Communicate with field staff and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain service levels. Number of Positions 3 Main Duties Develop and adjust daily and weekly route plans and crew assignments to meet service requirements and operational constraints. Communicate schedule changes and dispatch information to drivers, crew members, and supervisors via phone, email, or dispatch systems. Monitor real-time operations to identify delays, disruptions, and resource shortages, and implement contingency plans. Maintain accurate scheduling records, manifests, and logs; prepare routine reports on utilization and performance metrics. Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and customer service to align crew availability with vehicle readiness and demand.
