Job Summary

Provide general clerical and reception support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, recordkeeping, and correspondence management.

Main Duties

  • Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to routine inquiries
  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Prepare, format, and process correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, photocopying, and distribution
  • Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings, and basic office supply inventory

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
