Schmaltz Deli is an award winning 22 year-old brand based in Lisle, Illinois and is expanding into Chicago. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Cloud Kitchen Shift Supervisor to be the #2 leader of our new Chicago Avondale neighborhood virtual food delivery operations. In this role, you'll oversee daily afternoon and evening kitchen activities, manage staff, and ensure smooth, efficient service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in our 5 day a week (Tuesday - Saturday) operation. Your experience will help us deliver top-quality meals quickly and consistently to this new customer base while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.
