Night-Shift Sales Ops Manager: B2B Growth & CRM Expert

Clark Outsourcing is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to oversee leads, deals, and daily sales activities at our Clark Pampanga location. The role is onsite with a 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM schedule, supporting a B2B sales operation and driving process improvements across departments.

You will coach reps, ensure CRM hygiene, analyze data for forecasting, and partner with Recruitment, Finance, and Service Delivery to align go-to-market efforts. A strong ops background and CRM experience are essential.
