As a key member of the Bulk Pneumatic Division, you will ensure efficient and safe freight movements while communicating with drivers and customers. The position requires strong organizational abilities and a focus on customer service. You will be responsible for entering orders, monitoring drivers, and maintaining documentation for billing readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter customer orders into AS400 dispatch system
• Dispatch and monitor drivers during transportation
• Maintain communication about load status and delivery
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and backhaul opportunities
