Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is a working olive grove that offers the same experience as Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire, including bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a wellness programme with a gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms, and an organic kitchen‑garden restaurant and bar.
Role
Night Guest Services – responsible for welcoming members and guests, handling check‑in and check‑out, managing financial and accounting tasks at the end of each shift, and providing concierge services.
- Ensure every member and guest is welcomed warmly, in the Soho House way.
- Handle shift breakdown, financial and accounting inquiries, send folios, field disputes, process billing, receipts, refund requests and keep all lost credit cards in safe.
- Act as primary point of contact for members, guests and staff, providing top‑notch service from arrival to departure.
