Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday | 22:00 - 07:00

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Night Operative to join a busy seafood production team in Cromer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established business, supporting the overnight cooking process in a small, friendly team environment.

The Role

As a Night Operative, your duties will include:

• Cooking crab and lobster using specialist equipment
• Operating cooker and cooling belt systems
• Cleaning and preparing crab shells
• Supporting general production activities
• Carrying out cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards
