The Maritime Hotel is seeking a full-time Night Porter to join our dedicated and friendly team. This is an important guest-facing role that supports the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night. Weekend work is included, with occasional daytime shifts as required.
About The Role
- Providing a warm, efficient, and helpful service to guests
- Assisting with luggage, directions, and general guest queries
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and night reception duties
- Supporting guest needs in the lobby (transport, amenities, etc.)
- Ensuring hotel and guest security during night hours
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- A friendly, proactive attitude and confidence working independently
