Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk operations during the night shift.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property overnight.
- Perform night audit procedures and prepare financial reports.
- Respond to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, as necessary.
- Monitor staff performance and provide support as needed.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hotel policies.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant information to morning management.
