What will you get up to?
Ensure the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised at the end of each shift, following established cleaning protocols.
Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring they are ready for use during the next service.
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, including stovetops, ovens, grills, and prep stations.
Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed to prevent overflow and maintain a hygienic environment.
Sweep and mop floors to eliminate spills and debris, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
