Join Novotel Queenstown Lakeside and be part of a dynamic Front Office team delivering exceptional guest experiences around the clock. We’re seeking a motivated Night Auditor to oversee the hotel’s overnight operations and ensure all daily transactions are balanced with precision.
About The Role
Working 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM , you will oversee front office operations, supporting guests, coordinating with all departments, and ensuring brand standards are maintained. You’ll also complete end-of-day financial processes, prepare the hotel for the day ahead, and confidently manage any overnight situations.
As part of this role, you’ll receive a night shift allowance for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM , in line with company policy.
