Job Description
Step into the role of Warehouse Operations Supervisor at NFI, overseeing the daily warehouse efficiencies and staff management with a focus on production goals. Available hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
Your expertise will drive operations, facilitating shipping and receiving schedules, training, and team development. Actively participate in safety programs to maintain a secure work atmosphere while supervising equipment use and productivity metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shipping and receiving workflows for efficiency
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to evaluate productivity
• Directly supervise and develop warehouse personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Submit detailed end-of-shift reports to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or 1-5 years supervisory experience
