Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a call centre, customer service, finance, sales support, dealership, or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
