Job Description
Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end support for production and development environments. Configure and manage services across multiple platforms. Implement solutions at operating system level for enterprise systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and endpoint-related issues. Collaborate with vendors, software providers, and internal teams for issue resolution. Handle L1 and L2 support escalation and resolution. Identify automation opportunities using Nexthink and Intune. Contribute to team discussions and provide technical solutions to complex problems. Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of system performance.
