New Product Introduction Project Manager

We are hiring an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager to support the delivery of complex aerospace programmes in FILTON.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through industrialisation and entry into production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and operations .
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure alignment with aerospace programme milestones, certification requirements, and production readiness gates .
• Drive industrialisation readiness including manufacturing process development, tooling readiness, and supplier capability .
