New Product Development (NPD) Manager

To lead and manage the end-to-end new product development process from concept through to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality, technical, and commercial standards. The role will work closely with commercial, technical, production, procurement, and customer teams to identify opportunities for innovation, improve existing products, and support business growth through successful product launches.

Key accountabilities/duties:

• Lead the development and launch of new products in line with customer requirements and business strategy.
• Manage the full NPD process including concept development, feasibility, trials, validation, launch, and post-launch review.
